RETURNS & REFUND PROCESS FLOW

 

At Giftful Grove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and refund process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging.

All online order returns, refunds must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via giftfulgrove@gmail.com or you can give us a call or sms at 912-351-1934

Please note, any health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY


Return requests must be initiated within 15 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 15 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

 

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 20% restocking fee. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any kinds of custom apparels, flags and custom design items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. As we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 20% Restocking Fee.

Giftful Grove has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.

Please allow Giftful Grove 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
